Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Cinetrā ("Cinetrā," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at the time of purchase (monthly, annual, or otherwise).

By subscribing, you authorize Cinetrā and its payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes on each renewal date until your subscription is cancelled.

2. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through your account settings.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before renewal, the subscription may renew for the next billing cycle, and the renewal charge may not be reversible.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals only.

Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period. After that date, access to subscriber-only features will end unless you renew your subscription.

4. No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Cinetrā does not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused time remaining in a subscription term
• Failure to use the Service
• Accidental purchases
• Late cancellation requests
• Downgrades during an active billing period

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law or where Cinetrā determines, in its sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances justify a refund.

Any such decision shall be final.

6. Changes to Subscription Pricing

Cinetrā reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future billing cycles.
