1. About Cinetrā
Cinetrā is a platform dedicated to film discovery, editorial coverage, and personal film journaling. Users may maintain private or public film diaries, create watchlists, rate films, publish reviews, and engage with editorial content and community features.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws.

The Cinetrā name, logo, design elements, editorial content, software, databases, and platform features are owned by Cinetrā or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cinetrā during the twelve months preceding the claim.
