Synopsis

Chile and the 1988 plebiscite Film belonging to CEMA. The migration to digital was carried out within the framework of the "Rescue of the CEMA archive" project financed by ICAU and with the collaboration of FIC-Udelar in 2010. The U-matic cassette is in custody by the Audiovisual Preservation Laboratory (LAPA-AGU-Udelar)
