Synopsis

The Olympics have triggered a construction boom, and the Uratora clan, which aims to gain industrial waste concessions, plans to bribe officials and use the money as a source of income. However, a fight breaks out with the Nogami gang, who also aim to make a profit from industrial waste. The office is blown up, and Maki gets caught up in the fierce conflict.
