Synopsis

After a hunter commits a terrible act in 19th-century Croatia, he awakens the Drekavac, a mythical creature from Balkan folklore. When the creature takes his daughter, he sets out to confront it, only to discover that its vengeance—and his own guilt—cannot easily be escaped.
