Like a Feather in the Wind

Synopsis

Priscilla, a 57-year-old woman of Indian-Chinese descent, resides with her family in Kolkata’s fading Chinatown, the oldest in India. She lives with her three children—Glen, Shenil, and John, in an abandoned leather factory once run by their ancestors. One by one, each child leaves the city to pursue their own aspirations. Amidst the series of separations, Priscilla begins to see her late husband. His silent appearances leads her to realise the impermanent nature of life as well as towards acceptance, and a freedom that comes with letting go.
