Synopsis

"At the end of 1935, Miguel Barga, my great-grandfather, left the family in Tolosa to return to the town of his birth in Burgos. Some time later, the family received word that Miguel had died in the war. His body was never returned. His death was taboo in the family for decades, until in 2018, the DNA programme run by the Gogora Institute identified his remains. By that time we had myriad details, but two important questions remained left unanswered. Why did he go and who killed him?" (Izaskun Arandia)
