Synopsis

When a federal ICE invasion brought chaos and death to their streets and neighborhoods, an unlikely network of grassroots organizers, local business owners, students, and caregivers stepped forward to act. From a nurse midwife visiting pregnant women who were afraid to leave their homes, to a songleader helping people raise their voices in unified protest, the film showcases a diverse coalition who stood up for their community.
